アプリケーションデータの概要
〈ウェルプレート・マイクロチューブ対応恒温振とう培養機 バイオシェーカー® M・BR-024〉は、ディープウェルプレート（以下、DWP）での大腸菌の振とう培養に主眼を置いた製品である。本製品が登場するまではDWPを高効率で振とう撹拌できる振とう培養機がなく、やむを得ず通常の振とう機やインキュベーターで培養を行っていた方も多いと思われる。製品カタログでは「ディープウェルプレートを用いた大腸菌の振とう培養」に関する実験データを簡単にご紹介しているが、DWPでの培養が珍しいものではなくなってきていることもあり、その詳細について多くのご質問を頂くようになってきた。そこで〈M・BR-024〉においてDWPでの大腸菌の振とう培養について検証を行った際の手順や注意点を、本紙でご紹介する。
