A long-selling unit has been renewed to improve usability.The operation panel has been completely redesigned, and programming functions are now included as standard.
The MM-10N is the successor to the MM-10, which we have been selling for about 30 years.
The control panel has been completely redesigned, and the shaking speed setting has been changed from the previous model, which was set by a dial, to a digital setting and display of both temperature and speed using up and down keys.Programmable operation is now possible. The set of “temperature, shaking speed, and time” can be programmed up to 9 steps.
Furthermore, to make the drainage process easier, the drainage drain port has been moved from the right side of the previous model to the front, and other fine improvements have been made to usability.Reciprocating shaking, shaking width in the range of 10 to 40 mm. The
temperature, shaking speed, and shaking width can be adjusted to suit a variety of tests. A spring net shaking platform is included, on which vessels such as Erlenmeyer flasks and test tubes can be placed. If a stronger fixation of the vessel is required, please use the optional clamp.An optional monod kit for shaking L-shaped test tubes is also available.
The shaking platform is designed to be easily attached and detached from the main unit for easy cleaning.
Application in Ames (mutagenicity) test
The MM-10N has a temperature control accuracy of ±0.1°C, making it possible to pre-cultivate test strains that meet GLP standards (maintaining a temperature of +37°C with an accuracy of within ±0.5°C). (We recommend using a roof lid to reduce evaporation inside the tank and maintain temperature accuracy.)Specifications
