Features

The measurement of even high concentration.

This unit uses “Hybrid OD method ” which measures zero-point at start or low concentration range by transmitted light and high concentration range by reflected light from bacterial cells. It uses same principles with OD-MonitorA&S about the influence of fluid motion on measurement,.
Set the Erlenmeyer flask size and shaking speed at the measurement.

Data can be saved in USB memory.

The measurement condition and OD value are saved by the text form in the flash memory of USB2.0 . (Some USB can not be used)

Automatic addition of reagent like IPTG.

It alarms you by buzzer when it reaches the set OD value.
If it is connected with an optional “Automatic pump unit”, IPTG etc. is added automatically at set OD value. (Automatic pump unit has 1ch each. Multi-connection is available.)

It can correct the gap of your spectrophotometer.

OD value may change by the measurement unit.
The correction function makes the gap of your spectrophotometer within 15%.

Up to 4 sensors(option) can be connected.

Can measure under the same conditions by up to 4 sensors.
