Set ODSensor-S to the Clamp shaking rack. (Refer to left photograph)Measure by the following culture conditions.It is also possible to use with our double shaker NR series.
– Volume : 1/5 of capacity of Elrenmeyer flask ±10%
– Sｈaking : Rotating, 80rpm – (measurable only in shaking)
– Shaking speed : Either of 25/30/40/50mm
– Temperature : +15ºC – +50ºC
Applied to 100/200/300/500ml glass Erlenmeyer flasks
Fix Erlenmeyer flask by clamp (optional) to the rack.Select the Elrenmeyer flask size before measurementfor both control unit (optional) and the measurement unit.
