Features

New Pendulum Drive Mechanism: About Pendulum Motion Drive

The SI-030R is an upgraded model of the long-selling seesaw shaker Wave-SI featuring improved smoother motion capability.It can be used at low speeds starting from 3r/min.
The SI-030R is equipped with a new Pendulum Drive mechanism.By utilizing pendulum motion for seesaw shaking, the pulsation of shaking load is reduced, achieving smooth operation and improved durability.
Additionally, by utilizing this mechanism, changing the shaking angle has become even easier.

Tilt angle adjustment dial/confirmation window on the front and improved usability.

The tilt angle adjustment dial and tilt angle confirmation window, which were positioned on the side and back of the main unit on the
sister models Wave-SI/SI2,are both positioned on the front of the main unit on the SI-030R.
This makes it easier to change and confirm the angle.

When fingers are pinched, the shaking table detaches and the shaking stops for greater safety.

To improve safety, the SI-030R is equipped with a finger pinch shaking stop function.
When a finger or other foreign object gets caught in the gap between the shaking platform and the main unit, the shaking platform will detach and then the shaking will stop immediately
The shaking will resume when the shaking platform is returned to its original position.

Multi-Wave Series achieving energy savings and high durability with new mechanisms

Each model in the Multi-Wave Series features new mechanisms (Pendulum / Swirling / N. Cradle Drive), effectively reducing the load burden on the shaking platform, significantly improving durability, and achieving long-term stable operation. The power consumption during motor output and the total power consumption of the device at maximum load are nearly equal, meaning there is almost zero loss from the mechanism after the motor, resulting in excellent energy savings.
This is a next-generation energy-saving, highly durable model that meets diverse research applications.
